South Kensington | London

Developing a major conversion project in South Kensington within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Formerly a primary school, it is being transformed into a high end luxury duplex residence. We have secured the listed planning permissions, coordinated the licence for alterations with the freeholder, and is delivering the full interior architectural design & project management.

The project is currently onsite and will be one of our most detailed to date.
